MRQ coal dust burner is new furnace-heating equipment designed by our company. The equipment has a special multi-level design and can produce heat flow coals in short period of time. Assembled with MP coal dusting plane, MRQ coal dust burner can be widely used in varies annealing furnaces, metal heating furnace and quench furnaces, precision Casting burning carcasses stoves, melting furnaces, forging stoves and other heating furnaces.

Technical Specifications

1. The blackening of fume is 0-1 Ringelmen grade.

2. The carbon content of furnace clinker is about 0.1%, and basically no powdered carbon.

3. Fractional energy saving is 15-30%.

4. Fume content meets National Standard of the People's Republic of China as long as air gas is thoroughly burned without any dust separating device.

Main Features

1. The coal dust can stay long time in MRQ coal dust burner, which produces high combustion efficiency and discharges little contaminative gas.

2. MRQ coal dust burner has shorter heating-up time and higher thermal efficiency than other burners. It has broad adaptation of the coals, even using the inferior coals.

3. MRQ coal dust burner is easily fired, which can largely promote furnace's operating efficiency.

4. Many working parameters can be easily changed or indirectly changed. By changing the air intake and coal dust intake, the flame length and furnace temperature can be easily controlled in broad range.

5. MRQ coal dust burner can produce uniform temperature distribution in furnace and has large heating surface area on work-piece. It can prevent the slag deposit on work-pieces and gain good qualities.
